Northwest ADHD currently requires new patients to be referred by a primary care provider, pediatrician, mental health provider, psychiatrist, or other health professional. If you are a professional seeking to refer a patient to our practice, please fill out the patient referral form. After we have received the completed patient referral form, we may contact the referring provider by phone for additional information.
How does Northwest ADHD Treatment Center add value to your practice?
Primary care providers are expected to accomplish a lot in a limited amount of time. When your patient comes in with a chief complaint of “problems paying attention,” sometimes a pen and paper evaluation is all that time allows. Are you confident that your diagnosis is accurate? Are you concerned that medications are sought for non-medical purposes or abuse? Do you ever feel that medications aren’t working as well as expected or are causing excessive side-effects?
Northwest ADHD Treatment Center can assist your practice by providing a thorough evaluation for ADHD and then working with your patient to find the most effective, evidence-based treatment including individual therapy, skills training, and medication management. Once symptoms are stabilized, the client is returned to your practice for maintenance treatment if you choose or they can continue services with us.
