Kestley Sasaki

Professional Counseling Associate
Kestley received her Master’s (MA) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy. Kestley believes in the importance of the collaborative relationship between a provider and client. She focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients to process difficult emotions, build insight into their lives, and challenge the thoughts and behaviors that have served as obstacles. Kestley believes that it is important to practice flexibility in her approach so that clients’ needs can be best understood and met during therapy. She sees her role as helping clients to accept themselves as they are and reach their full potential as they work toward their goals. When not working, Kestley spends her time hiking, visiting with family and friends, listening to music, and playing the drums.
