Psychologist Training - Post Doctoral Residency

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center is committed to providing the highest quality training for the next generation of psychologists. Our residency program has submitted an APPIC membership application as of August 1, 2024. Our program is designed to provide robust guidance to hone expertise in the evaluation and treatment of attention related disorders. The residency has flexible start dates and is designed to guide the resident toward licensure in Oregon as a psychologist in about one year. Our program meets or exceeds all APPIC requirements for supervision, didactic, training, and direct service provision. Employee Benefits

Overview of Insurances-must work at least 37.5 hrs to get the 80% premium paid for (100% paid for trainees), eligible for medical/dental at 30 hours per week
PTO depends on department,
Providers start at 160 hours (accrual) After 3rd full year (4th anniversary date) years of employment: another 40 hours are added (total 200 hours max)
Oregon residents are eligible for up to 12 weeks of fully or partially paid personal medical, family, or safe leave, funded by state payroll taxes paid by both the employee and employer.
