Fennel is passionate about creating a warm and supportive environment for people to explore their neurodivergence. Their approach is rooted in relational and person-centered therapy, with a focus on creating an open and non-judgemental space to be curious and explore at a pace that feels good for each person. Fennel strives to create a space where people can feel seen in all their complexity and valued in all their uniqueness. Fennel has worked with both youth and adults diagnosed with ADHD for several years in in-home and outpatient settings, and strives to be a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming therapist. Their mission is to help create more equitable access to ADHD diagnosis and support. Fennel was trained in psychodynamic and relational therapy at Smith College School for Social Work, where they received their Master’s in Clinical Social Work. They also utilize strengths-based and person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based and somatic approaches, motivational interviewing and solutions-based therapy, DBT, and CBT.
