Trisha Parshall

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Therapy Services
Trisha is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who diagnoses and manages ADHD, along with many of the concurring psychiatric diagnoses her patients may also have. Her approach is person-centered, evidenced-based, and collaborative. She understands that all people are complex and unique. Because of this, she works with her patients to develop holistic individualized treatment plans—often including medications, education, counseling, and skills training. She believes people with ADHD can create vibrant and fulfilling lives when they have the right tools; and she’s excited to support her patient’s personal-growth journeys as they learn what works best for them. Trisha has experience in working with the following populations: women, men, trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming folks, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, new parents, and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Trisha graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield College; and she graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Trisha geek’s out on biohacking herself for peak cognitive performance, and she enjoys taking nature walks, watching football (Go Birds!) and soccer (PT FC!), laughing at herself while she attempts to learn jiu jitsu, and dabbling in various forms of artistic expression.
