Daniel Moshofsky

PsyD Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Site Lead
Hi, I’m Dr. Daniel Moshofsky, and I know firsthand that living with ADHD can be challenging, but treating it doesn’t have to be. My approach is all about practical, real-world strategies that you can use in your daily life to make a difference. I’m here to listen and understand, but also to help you actively improve your day-to-day experiences. I like to keep our sessions conversational and flexible, with a bit of structure to guide us. ADHD doesn’t exist in a vacuum—it impacts various aspects of life, so we’ll also address related areas like anxiety, depression, sleep, and relationships. Together, we’ll work on skills that can truly enhance your overall well-being and make a tangible difference. I earned my Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from George Fox University in 2017 and have been working at NW ADHD since then. My practice focuses on treating adults who are looking to make practical changes and improvements in their daily lives. If you’re ready to take active steps toward a better quality of life, we will be a great fit.
