Co-Owner, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Danell “Dannie” Bjornson, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Northwest ADHD Treatment Center. ADHD became an early career interest as she observed the often negative impact the untreated disorder had on many facets of her patients’ lives and the transformative power of appropriate diagnosis and treatment. This interest led her to collaboratively create a center of excellence dedicated to accurate diagnosis and high-quality treatment. Creating a supportive, fun, and responsive workplace continues to be something she takes great pride in as her colleagues are Northwest ADHD’s greatest asset! Outside of her work at Northwest ADHD, Dannie has served as an adjunct clinical instructor at Gonzaga University’s Graduate Nursing program and for the Oregon Board of Nursing as a consultant. She is also an education committee member for the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD) and has served on many advisory panels over the years. Outside of work, Dannie enjoys caring for her family, cooking/baking, working out, crafting, and movie making.
