NW-ADHD Treatment Center is not equipped for urgent, crisis, or emergency situations.

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center does have an after hours crisis line for use by established patients only. This service is only to be used by individuals in active treatment with a Northwest ADHD Treatment Center Provider. Use of this service is restricted to acute, non-life threatening, mental health crises and concerns related to severe, non-life threatening adverse medication reactions. For life threatening circumstances, call 911, the national mental health crisis number 988, or go to the nearest emergency room. Use of the after hours service to request prescription refills is not permitted; any patient who uses the after hours service for refill requests or other non-acute needs that could be handled during business hours, will be charged a non-insurance covered payment of $75.

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center’s after hours crisis line is: (503) 503-241-5388.

This number should be used for acute needs from 5PM to 9AM each evening and on weekends.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, visit an emergency room, contact your local crisis line, or dial 988 for national crisis assistance.
