Becca Sanchez

PsyD Psychologist Resident
Dr. Sanchez is a psychologist resident who specializes in comprehensive ADHD evaluation and collaborative psychological assessment. Her passion lies in helping those she works with cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and access resources that enhance their quality of life. Dr. Sanchez earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. She completed her predoctoral internship training at WestCoast Children’s Clinic in Oakland, CA, where she provided therapy and Therapeutic Collaborative Assessment (TCA) services to children and adolescents from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds across the Bay Area. Her clinical experience encompasses a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, neurodiverse adults, multi-stressed families, survivors of suicide attempts, elderly and disabled adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Sanchez’s therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, attachment-based, and narrative frameworks, emphasizing curiosity, compassion, and collaboration through her clinical work. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Sanchez enjoys reading fantasy novels, perusing thrift stores, and snuggling with her black cat.
