Casey Granbois

Casey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating children, adolescents, and adults. Their clinical focus includes ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and anxiety, among other mental health conditions. With a background in psychiatry and emergency medicine, Casey brings a calm and comprehensive approach to care, having earned their degree from Gonzaga University. Casey provides both psychiatric medication management and therapy, operating from a holistic, client-centered, and harm reduction perspective. Their work is grounded in the belief that clients deserve not just to survive—but to thrive—in the environments they choose for themselves. Outside of clinical practice, Casey enjoys staying active through cycling, soccer, OneWheel’ing, and snowboarding. They’re also passionate about music—both listening and playing—and love spending time with their two doggos.
