PhD Licensed Psychologist
I utilize a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach to provide therapy and psychological assessment services. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive, and appropriately challenging space to foster growth, change, and healing. The relationship I have with my clients is the foundation of my work, and I welcome feedback within my flexible practice that incorporates interpersonal, emotion-focused, compassion-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My therapy specializations include complex trauma, perfectionism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also provide psychological assessments for ADHD and autism. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, value recognizing intersectionality, and aim to acknowledge how power and privilege show up in and outside the therapy room. I completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Iowa State University. I have worked in university counseling centers, private practices, and a disability office. I have experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment to adolescents and adults. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, trying new restaurants, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, watching sports, and playing Magic: The Gathering.
