PhD Clinical Psychology Resident
I am a clinical psychology resident who’s practiced therapy for 4 years towards licensure. I am driven by my love for helping others grow and live a more authentic life through understanding themselves better. In practice this means I try to balance creating space for people to live their most authentic and liberated lives while honoring how we came to know and understand ourselves and the world through our cultural lens. I am particularly specialized in working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent people. I am comfortable discussing racial and gender trauma, relational, and other societal concerns that impact your daily life. Therapy is a collaborative space focused on exploration, commitment, and moving towards the person you want to be. It is important for therapy to be a space of both challenge and support through curiosity, grace, and humor/laughter.
