Professional Counseling Associate
I believe we all have the capacity to bring about the change we want to see. My goal is to provide a space where you can be heard and feel safe in expressing your emotions during times that may be particularly vulnerable. Having overcome my own life-altering losses and trauma, I discovered my passion and love for counseling, which has led me here. I utilize a variety of interventions and techniques depending on what resonates with each client. My clients typically work through anxiety, grief and loss, communication struggles, and inner child/trauma healing. If you are looking for someone who is both direct and empathetic, I can help. While I do not have training I have also had some experience with ENM in a counseling setting as well as a supporter and ally of POC and LGBTQ+ folks. I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2021 from Capella University and am currently working on gaining my licensure in the state of Oregon. Outside of the office, I enjoy crafts such as knitting, drawing, gardening, and painting miniatures. I am a self-proclaimed geek who loves various fandoms like Star Wars and Marvel, as well as D&D.
