Lindsay Heydenrych

Dr. Heydenrych knows that seeking help takes courage and making changes takes hard work. Her practice focuses on creating a foundation of respect and warmth, so clients feel safe and empowered to work towards a more genuine sense of sense and improved functioning. She works with clients where they are, honoring the human experience we all share, and collaboratively forms goals and treatment plans sensitive to each individual client and their already existing strengths. Her practice draws on Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal, and Solution-focused therapies to address her clients goals. She has experience providing assessment and therapy to adults of all ages for a wide variety of issues, including ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, learning disorders, life transitions, and grief, and she has a particular affinity for working with college students. She earned her Master’s (M.S.) and Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, and completed her internship at the University of Idaho’s Testing and Counseling Center. Her post-graduate residency was completed in a private practice setting and focused on assessment and treatment for adults with learning disorders and ADHD. She has been a licensed Psychologist in Oregon since 2010.
