Natalie Williamsen

Clinical Social Work Associate
Natalie honors the privilege it is to be able to work alongside with clients as they’re reaching for change within their lives. She is careful when viewing challenges and considers all the influences that have shaped an individual’s story as she deeply values the worth inherent within each client. Natalie believes that no one knows themselves better than the client. Through this lens, she works collaboratively to meet clients where they are, and then support them through the change process to reach meaningful outcomes— ones that are important to each client. Natalie has worked with a variety of different populations including over 15 years with youth and their families. She’s experienced working with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, disability, grief and other mental health related concerns. In therapy, Natalie is trauma informed and makes use of: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Attachment, Systems, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Narrative therapies. She has received two degrees in Social Work: Bachelors from the University of Utah and Masters from Portland State University.
