Sarah Banger

​Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Sarah is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Sociology, Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound in 2003. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Nursing degree from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). She became a licensed registered nurse in 2006 and a licensed PMHNP in 2008. She has practiced in outpatient mental health settings since 2008, working for Volunteers of America (VOA) Oregon from 2008 to 2019 and NW ADHD Treatment Center from 2019 to the present. She strives to provide non-judgmental, client centered and trauma informed care. Sarah enjoys working with people over time to help them achieve their personal health goals and improve their overall mental health and sense of well-being. Outside of work, Sarah likes to spend time with her loved ones, including her husband and son, and enjoys time spent outdoors, reading, and eating great food.
