We can be reached during normal business hours by phone. If you receive the automated message system, it means our staff is taking other calls. Please leave a message and we will attempt to return your call the same business day. Established clients please do not e-mail as this is not a secure means of communication.
The PMHNP’s do not have their own voicemail. If you need to reach them, please call our main office and dial extension 9 to speak with their Administrative Assistant.

Established clients may call our after hours answering service for emergencies only at 503-241-5388 between 6:30pm to 9am, and on weekends. Please note, non-emergent calls, for instance refill requests made to this number will be charged for a phone visit which is $75 minimum. This charge is not covered by your insurance plan.
