Becoming a New Patient
Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient with Northwest ADHD Treatment Center!
Our clinicians are experienced treating ADHD, relationship issues, mood, & anxiety disorders.
Depending on the complexity of your patients needs we may refer them to other providers in the community. If they have been diagnosed with a psychotic or personality disorder, dissociate identity disorder, or require substantial support with autism – we are not equipped to meet their needs. If they have an active substance abuse disorder and have not been clean and sober for six months then we encourage your patient to first seek treatment. We are not equipped to meet the needs of patients who are registered sex offenders.
If your patient faces any of these unique challenges please consider our suggestions for care at the bottom of this page.
Please note: we are not an urgent, crisis, or emergency facility. If you are having a mental health crisis or emergency please go to the emergency room or contact your county crisis line. Do not communicate urgent, crisis, or emergency needs or concerns via the following form.
