Becoming a New Patient

Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient with Northwest ADHD Treatment Center! We are striving daily to meet the needs of as many patients as we can, but the demand for our services is high.

Our clinicians are experienced treating ADHD, relationship issues, mood, & anxiety disorders.

Depending on the complexity of your needs we may refer you to other providers in the community. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we may not be able to reach out to you if we cannot meet your needs.

If you have been diagnosed with a psychotic or personality disorder, dissociate identity disorder, or require substantial support with autism – we are not equipped to meet your needs. If you have an active substance abuse disorder and have not been clean and sober for six months then we encourage you to first seek treatment. We are not equipped to meet the needs of patients who are registered sex offenders.

If you face any of these unique challenges please consider our suggestions for care at the bottom of this page.

Please note: we are not an urgent, crisis, or emergency facility. If you are having a mental health crisis or emergency please go to the emergency room or contact your county crisis line. Do not communicate urgent, crisis, or emergency needs or concerns via the following form.
